Before Scotty’s became a name seen across Indiana and beyond, it was Muncie’s — Scott Wise opened the original Scotty’s Brewhouse in 1996 in The Village at 1700 W. University Avenue, just steps from Ball State. The original had a personality all its own: more college-town bar and neighborhood hangout than polished restaurant chain, built around beer, sports, late nights and the unmistakable energy of The Village; Wise later described the concept simply as creating the kind of place he personally wanted to go. This triblend tee brings back the original Scotty’s logo and celebrates the place where it all started — a piece of Ball State and Muncie nostalgia for everyone who remembers when Scotty’s meant the one in The Village.
